They are changing the facility and I am very worried about it.
It's a nightmare what they are doing to all seniors who live here! No house keeping, no more 3 meals, no more security, what about people who can't see or crippled that can't cook for themselfs??! Oh the complaints well becareful...they will raise your family's rent! How is it this business sleeps ...

Their scared not knowing if they are going to have a place left to lay their heads!! It's pathetic inhumane!

So far it's been pretty awesome and a good fit for our family. Know that your loved one will get as much out of it as they're willing to participate in. The community has plenty of activities, things like Bingo and trips and things. The staff are friendly and helpful. The apartments are very nic...

The community has plenty of activities, things like Bingo and trips and things. The staff are friendly and helpful. The apartments are very nice, although they could be a little more user friendly for the elderly population (the washer/dryer and appliances are newer and can be complicated to operate).

Our tour at Knoxville High Independent Living was fine. They made everything look good. It just was not the environment that I was looking for for my mother.
