The staff is exceptional - always courteous, patient, kind, understanding, professional, and respectful. Time and time again I have watched the staff and management handle challenging situations with grace and compassion. We have lunch with Mom twice a week and the food is always tasty. The facilities are always well-maintained and any issue we bring up to Kirkwood is immediately addresses and resolved. If you are looking for a place for your aging parent, I urge you to visit Kirkwood Corners. Our family had an in person tour and it was a great tour but it is more like a nursing home and for seniors who are more advanced in their health.
