Very poor service. Grandma didn’t get her meds until after we tried to call. Very rude on the phone. She needed to use the bathroom and nobody would help her. She has diabetes and couldn’t eat her food. Nobody cared. Would not recommend even for someone I dislike. I wouldn’t even give it one s...

The building is very nice. Inside the walls the employees worked so hard to take care of my grandmother. We waited longer than normal for a light to be answered one day during the recent snow storm. Two ladies came to my grandmother’s room exhaustion was obvious but they showed kindness and concern to my grandmother and my sister and I that did not seem tired at all. When they left a girl from housekeeping came by. We talked to her for a few minutes. During our conversation I asked her for the name of the aids that were just in our room. I explained what they looked like and what they were wearing. She told us, “oh that was our administrator and unit manager”. They were working as assistants that day. I am so grateful for the peace of mind that my grandmother is being cared for like this. Hard is not the word for what these ladies and gentlemen do on a daily basis. I have witnessed this with my own eyes. It’s true Love and that is worth waiting a few extra minutes for. Our family proudly recommends this nursing home again and again.
