Management personnel went out of their way to initially meet our assisted living needs and then, when a higher level of care (Skilled Nursing) was needed, was dedicated to making sure Mom’s needs were met. Based on the first day/intake yesterday into the Skilled Care wing, we are SUPER impressed. The facility is very clean, no smells whatsoever (and I''m a hyper smell sensitive migraneur), the staff were *all* smiling and super friendly and seemingly happy. They all treated my mother with kindness and respect and were so helpful. Her room, while very basic, was very clean and nice. She didn''t seem terribly upset at all whilst we were there, and based on the obvious situation of *no one* choosing to be in skilled care, really acclimated well. If anything changes, I''ll update. Only gave 4 stars since its not even been 24 hours. :) Once she''s there for a while, I''ll come back and update accordingly.

Response time when call button is pushed is horrible. Hallways smell bad. Very inattentive people on all levels. My mother did not care for the food. Upon admission my mother should have gone to long term care - but they wanted to rent the apt so put her in assisted living and charged her for long term care . There is absolutely nothing I like about this place. High turnover in employment on all levels. I just cannot recommend anyone to send their love one here.it really appears like they do not care. It is a business period. Only interested in the bottom dollar. Please choose a different place
