My grandpa passed away there October 28th there was blood at the top of his bed and no sheet on his bed don’t take your family there at all they didn’t treat my grandma right glad we got her out the night before my grandpa was calling her name before he passed
My mom would probably still be alive if we sent her to another rehab facility. I caught wrong meds being given and didn’t get the therapy promised and paid for by Medicare.

The hospital mentioned two places when they said mom needed a brief rehab. The first didn''t take her insurance so we were left with Heartland. Itvwas a mistake from the beginning. I was told i could only visit during certain hours. Then i was slapped with a bunch of papers that i asked to read and was told either sign them or shes going home. I was treated very rudely. I was finally allowed to see her for a very limited time and take her clothes and a bag of snacks i knew she liked. She was transferred from the hospital so she had no clothes at all with her. I purchased new gowns and underwear for her since i had been told she may stay 30 days. She came home after three days. Every piece of new underwear all the new sports bras were missing. She came home wearing the only underwear she had left. She had twenty snack cakes and 16 packs of Lance Crackers and came home with none. This place has some nice employees, one nurse and a case worker, but honestly they took anything that wasn''t all lady-ish. Dont take your loved one there.

My husband was in here 2years ago. It was excellent. Great care great staff. Complete turn around this time. 1 nurse for 24 patients, I repeat 24 patients and 2 CNA ''a for the same 24 patients. Every single day when I came in the mornings I had to get him his ice water and washcloth and towel. Every evening our daughter had to get him water. Dont get me wrong h iui s day nurse Wanda was great, wonderful and his 2 daytime CNA''s were too. On the other hand he had 1 nurse that was dirty, her hair was unwashed and uniform was dirty. They thought this woman was acceptable to take care of my husband. I strongly disagree. 1whole wing is closed they are so understaffed. Do not come here.
