This place has gone downhill & fast!! My Grandpa spent 6 weeks here for rehab! Never once saw the rehab room! They ignore the patients who need some serious help but if a patient can get out of bed & be self sufficient then they will get care. Their ex-social worker, Larry, is awesome!! Of course he left because the new management doesn''t care about anything but the money!! The nurse, Tanisha & the Cena, Normina are both wonderful!! If your loved one is lucky enough to get one of them...this will be your only saving grace!! The facility is actually really nice but to bad they brought in the worst management possible in the last few weeks!!

After reading reviews I was so happy to feel assured of my father''s care however after our first experience I have to speak this nursing staff seemed helpful and courteous however the front desk is the face of your facility and our family traveled several hundred miles to be assured that our fathers initial arrival was good for him. The receptionist was very rude to each of us not just initially but also upon leaving . If our first and last experience with your facility started and ended with a bad vibe from your greeting and exiting receptionist I certainly have mixed feelings as to how he will be treated if his family was treated so poorly on their very first visit to see him . Very rude very non helpful no smiles nothing and when we left upon asking if we needed to be buzzed out again she was very rude and very snarky. I''d definitely work on a welcoming atmosphere to families because we were not impressed. There were 5 ppl there to see him and each of us were very upset when we left!!! courteous I

An absolute deplorable facility! My grandmother was transferred here less than a month ago and has been neglected and discarded daily, in every aspect. Her room continues to be filthy, unsanitary, and NEVER cleaned. She has sustained a bed sore since arriving here, dehydration, she isn''t receiving wound care treatment or nursing care for that matter, has not been seen by a physician for her wound or incision, and her physical therapy is non-existent. Her health has absolutely declined substantially in the short amount of time that she has been here. When you ask to speak with someone they''re never available. The excuse all the time, for ANYTHING, is that they''re short staffed. I have every intention of filing a quality complaint with CMS/Livanta, by end of the day. If you have any expectation of you or your loved one improving in their condition, or receiving even the standard treatment of care, do NOT, by ANY means, go to this facility. Avoid it at all cost.
