Concho Health and Rehabilitation Center is a wonderful skilled nursing facility! The building is always clean and provides great meals. They have a wonderful and caring staff as well. There is a great rehab department that will help get residents to their prior level of functioni if possible. They also have a secured unit which is a great asset. They recently put new flooring in the front of the building giving it a beautiful face lift!

The staff and residents are treated like family. The facility is clean and every dept. works together to provide a comfortable and safe environment for the residents.
