A friend of mine stayed here for several months before she transitioned to assisted living. I was really impressed by the quality of the building and rooms, and the cleanliness. It''s also in a very convenient and safe location. Every time I visited, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Myrissa, the social worker on my friend''s floor, that helped her through this process and was there every step of the way. She was super responsive and always available to answer all the many questions I had about what forms to fill out, transfer information, and the list goes on. My friend really enjoyed chatting with her as well. Tyrone was also amazing as well and my friend always looked forward to the times he was working as he was fun and a hard worker. I will say there are two things that HealthBridge could improve on - (1) Although the people they have working are great, they are short staffed (but that seems to be a problem everywhere at the moment and out of their control). There were a lot of times my friend would need something like a glass or water or sheets changed, and she would be ringing her buzzer for a long time to get help. Sometimes someone would tell her they would help her, only to forget. There were also several important messages left by her doctors to HealthBridge that never made it to my friend. (2) When someone does ring their buzzer for help, it sets off a very loud beeping noise/alarm. This alarm is placed in the patient hallway on her floor, particularly right outside my friend''s room. After awhile, the loud beeping was driving her crazy (in my times I visited it bothered me too, and I wouldn''t want to hear it all night long). It would be much better if this alarm was placed at the front desk on each floor so the other patients don''t have to hear it, particularly the rooms that are right next to it. Maybe it isn''t so bad for the rooms further down the hall. Again, we appreciate all the great things that HealthBridge had to offer my friend and the care they took of her in her several month stay.
Read moreGreat place to stay. Just need more staff. Great place to work. They are hiring great people. Give this place a chance. Need a little help with food preparation but is open to suggestions. Loving my stay so far. Looking forward to getting back on my feet.
Care more about keeping toxic staff than providing safe, quality care to the patients.

This is by far the worst rehab facility my Mom has ever had to be in. Day one: Mom arrived needing to use the restroom. she is unable to do this her own due to her injury. She was checked in about 2:00PM, we arrived at 6:00 to visit and they were just getting to her. We talk with her and decided to give it a try for the night. I called the next morning and she had had multiple accident throughout the night because no one was responding to her call buttons! She was almost in tears when I was talking to her about how they treated her each time they had to clean her up because THEY DIDNT RESPOND. Furious, I began making phone calls to get to someone in charge. When I finally got a call back (3 plus hours later) I was assured this was highly uncommon and that the issue would be addressed with the staff overall and the individuals specifically. I was told the following: The specific employees would be spoken to. Employees will be reminded that customer care is the main priority at Health bridge and that training would be happening to resolve the issue. We decided to remain at the facility for another day before deciding if we needed to transfer mom. Night 2: Went much better ! Mom had a great nurses aid that evening (Tyrone) and he was great each time he was one duty! From that point on the care was subpar compared to other facilities we have used in the past two years, but since we visited twice a day we were able to stay on top of things. If you cant be there frequently with your loved one...go else where! Or just go elsewhere anyway. I got the same lame response that everyone else gets about how privacy laws prohibit them from responding to poor reviews. Then, them asking me to call them. I already sent an email to them copying this entire review... Nothing back...

My mom was at Health Bridge to recover from a broken hip. At 10:30 P.M. she needed help going to the bathroom. At 11:30 P.M. she called to request pain medicine. The aid said why are you calling me again. The aid said she would send a nurse. A nurse never came. Mom called me at 5:00 A.M. and asked me to come help her because no one would come to her room when she pushed the call button. When I arrived, the call button had been unplugged from the wall. The bed was wet, her surgery leg was full of fluid, and her feet were blue because she had not moved in 7 hours. We moved her that day to a better facility!
