A friend of mine was moved to this home recently and I speak to her online almost every night , no one from the staff talk to her when they come in her room it’s always here’s your dinner. Or take your pills no conversation When I call the main house line they don’t answer or answer and hang up Yesterday a nurse helped her with Facebook around 8pm and I was online with her until 8:50 no staff came in to help her get ready for bed she sat on her bed confused finally she lied down on her bed and turned the light off no staff came around to put her rail up for her Just an awful place
Read moreOwner is very very rude!!! Place smell bad and there is no one available to ask questions. Nobody also answers to phone when you need to speak with someone.
