I have been treated excellently I have no complaints.
Staff very friendly, helpful, and loving. Administrator very professional and caring.
They are nice people. They take good care of us. Lots of things to keep us busy. Our building is very well kept.
We've been very happy with them. The setting is really nice. There are a limited number of patients, so it's not overly large or overwhelming. I really like the layout of the rooms. It's very homey for my mother. It's like she has her own little apartment, and it's exactly as big as she needs i...

It's very homey for my mother. It's like she has her own little apartment, and it's exactly as big as she needs it to be - not too big, not too small. The room is split into two with a partial wall between the sleeping area and the living area. It's really cute and easy to decorate to feel like home. And the staff have been very friendly and supportive.

Do not place your loved one here! The staff (if that's what you call it is horrible, starting foremost with the Director [name removed]). She is cold and shouldn't be in this type of business, she has no personal skills when it comes to the residents. If asked to help an aid, she will straight up deny the help saying "she is busy or where is the other aid" The night shift is short staffed, and for the overnight shift, the director does nothing about the aides that sleep at night leaving all of the work to 1 person!
