Awful place. All that talk on the webpage about "unmatched commitment, dedication, and compassion"--don''t believe it. My dad nearly died here. When my mom came to take him to the ER, they called the police on her! But the police understood. My dad transferred to Connected and immediately improved.
Picked up a night shift here and was nothing but terrified and discusted. the staff at night was great to work with have no complaints about them at all, these poor residents live in infested place of roaches big and small. Went to four bathrooms in their rooms and they all had roaches big palmetto ...

Went to four bathrooms in their rooms and they all had roaches big palmetto roaches, was so terrified since have a bug phobia that to do patient care literally grabbed a wash basin and filled it up with water at nursing station and draged it on a bed side table from room to room because there was no other way, also they get in beds it was a horror show very concerned for the residents that can''t move at all very sad.

This the second time I did not receive a paycheck. I am definitely calling the Dept of Labor and also Adult Protective Services, because the patients in the memory unit live in roaches and it smells.This place is known not to pay there staff. It honestly need to be cleaned it''s so dirty.
Great facility, cnas n nurses, always provides accurate information when i ask for it
