This place is amazing! It was the second place my mom and I toured that day, and I knew the moment we walked in the door, that this was the place we were looking for! She has been there about a month and a half so far and seems to love it. You feel welcomed everywhere you go. This staff is top notch and work very well together to make sure all the residents are extremely well taken care of. They are all very patient and willing to answer all of your questions. And I had a lot! Residents are their first priority, and it shows. So very thankful we found this place. Check it out, you won’t be sorry!

Bay Wood Senior Living was very home-like, clean, and neat. The staff during the tour was very nice and informative. I did check the dining area, but I did not sample the food, and it was clean and neat. I observed crafts and everybody seemed to be very happy.

I went with my mom and dad to an assisted/independent living facility in Largo about 4-5 years ago. They decided it was not the time. Recently, they are feeling more and more that the time is getting closer so on a referral, I met with Bernadette on Saturday morning to talk about their programs for my mom and dad. She is simply fantastic. She took the time to learn all about my folks, their wants and needs, and took me for a tour of the property. The staff that I met along the way all seem really great - this place looks like it has so much to offer. Bernadette offered to send a van to pick up my mom and dad whenever they are ready to come for a visit themselves. I can really see them both there. When it was time to go ( I know I was there at least an hour, maybe an hour and a half because she was in NO RUSH), I really felt good about finding my folks a new home. I am sure it will just be a matter of time before they call to set up that tour and see for themselves. Bernadette, you are amazing!!!!!!
