Coming from another facility that I wont mention, this place is a breath of fresh air. Could be updated on the inside but other than that its great.
Staff here is the most genuine and caring that you will find. Id recommend to anyone! We are so thankful.
My mother is currently here and they made the transition so easy for us and her. They always keep us informed and go above and beyond
Would have been 4 stars but I feel it takes the staff to long to tend to patients personal needs like changing them or bathing them. I totally understand they have other patients and that they are short staffed BUT no one should have to wait an hour to have their depends changed or not have a bath ...

I totally understand they have other patients and that they are short staffed BUT no one should have to wait an hour to have their depends changed or not have a bath or shower at least every other day. Maybe a sponge bath in between would be more accommodating. Other than that, I am satisfied with the care.

My mom was recently at Accordius. She was well cared for and all our expectations were met. She had great nurses and her CNA’s were very caring. Her therapist helped her achieve her max potential to allow her to return home. The social worker, her transporter who took her to dialysis, dietary, front office staff and housekeeping were all very good to her. I would recommend Accordius of Gastonia.
