I was DNR from this facility because I was sick and had to leave maybe 3 hours before my shift ended. I mean I was visibly sick from the beginning of my shift and tried to push through. Mind you, this very supervisor, Effie left early the week before because she didn''t like the nurse that was working that night. Also the night before a cna left early because she was sleepy. Yet , she had the nerves to give me the 3rd degree as if I made myself sick. They should do some kind of investigation before dnr-ing aides.

My grandmother was here for 6 years until the day she passed. The staff treated her like family and LOVED her. She loved it here too as well, she built relationships with the staff as if they were her family. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this facility. The staff was very informative to us, whenever we would ask them how she was doing, and they always made sure to update us if anything happened and such. I would recommend this place to anyone, they made sure my grandmother felt at home. Thank you Alexandria Place for all the love and support you gave my sweet grandma. You all are amazing!

My Mom has been here for 3 years. It is a wonderful place for your loved ones. The staff takes your concerns seriously. No place is perfect, but if a problem arises it will be addressed. The staff has been very polite respectful and caring to our mom. During the lock down they took good care of mom. I am so thankful no patients had Covid. It was hard on all of us. When your loved one can’t see, has dementia and doesn’t understand how to work the phone or why you can’t come inside, the entire staff continued to reassure her it would be alright. We have been very thankful to get back in to love on her and take care of her needs. She enjoys the days we take her out for a visit or a ride. I pray for the staff daily and ask God to put the right people in Alexandria! Thank you so much for all you do for our sweet Mother. Thank you for keeping us updated every week. I am forever grateful ❤️

This place is terrible. They are basically holding my grandmother hostage. We cannot see her unless we make an appt a week in advance. They change the rules (pandemic) every day or min to min for that matter. I would never send any one I loved there. If it was my choice I would go get her today. This place is absolutely the worst possible option. She has fallen numerous times and no one has any info about any of the incidents. We tried to celebrate her 100th birthday and they came in right in the middle of our visit and changed the rules completely ruined our visit and then proceeded to tell us times up after they spent half of our time arguing with us. Our elders that are here deserve better. This place is a disgrace.

Nice looking place...grandma says staff is friendly. A few times early on there were issues on the meds she was supposed to be given hopefully that is resolved. Her biggest complaint is hot foods that come cold like coffee, salmon, hot chocolate, oatmeal...and when she gets bacon it is burnt and when she mentions something they look like they expect her to eat it anyway. I understand all facilities have issues but food that is consistently cold and unappetizing should not be one of them. I suggest the facility look into how to solve this issue or retrain their staff. There are other places she can go.

This facility is very unprofessional! We were supposed to bring my mother there for rehab after her stay in the hospital. An hour before she was going to be discharged from the hospital to go to Milford Health Care, my mother’s social worker came into her hospital room and told her that the rehab “rejected” her! They didn’t want her anymore! Apparently my mother was too “needy”!! This was planned for 2 days! This facility should be ashamed of themselves for totally abandoning someone who needed and depended on them! I would NOT recommend this place!
