Well where do I begin , I have tried calling a patient for 3 without them answering the phone and that is unacceptable, the lady working the desk when you walk in is extremely rude and has a serious attitude I will stop at but I have to be honest the man that runs the place I believe his name is David is absolutely wonderful I went to him with my concerns and he was polite and eager to resolve my issues if it were not for him I would have had my family member moved to another facility. So thank you David for being someone who actually cares!!!! I do not like giving anyone bad reviews but if not for David it would have been one star....

They do a memory test, and skin check to make sure your skin is healthy. They check your vitals and get you settled into a comfy bed. You are made to feel more like a guest than just a patient. That''s why after surgery I insisted there was only one place I was going for rehabilitation the best place, delaney park.the physical therapists are the absolute best and create a plan for each guest to follow. Para mi es un lugar pésimo, no tienen ética médica, las enfermeras en su mayoría muy groseras , la TS no creo cumple con su función, estoy de acuerdo con un comentario que exponen el trato es de acuerdo si colaboran con ellos, los pacientes no son bien atendidos y menos los que no quieren estar ahí, poca alimentación y mala, a los familiares no les dan la debida información sobre el estado de sus seres queridos. No atienden el teléfono, la TS no deja comunicarse con el administrador, hay manipulación extraña en su proceder, pido ayuda pues tengo mi familiar aun ahí y por falta de documentación no lo he podido sacar, Gracias a los trabajadores de VITAS que son los únicos cuando van a visitar a mi esposo lo atienden bien
