Poorly managed. Poorly staffed due to their reputation for not paying employees a decent wage and not paying on time. They treat the residents very badly. There are many much better alternatives than this overpriced community. I would urge anyone to look elsewhere.
I was sent there to work for a couple of days from an outside agency, toxic work environment. Nobody cares, they always have attitude and they look like they don’t actually enjoy their JOB.

Facility is pleasing to the eye, staffing is inadequate at times, food is prepared on site. The Nursing Staff and the Patient Care Tech''s lack much in customer service skills, tending to be rude, arrogant and sharp with those hired by family to care for loved ones. Overpriced for the amenities, name is relevant to charges, Winter Park Towers. Surprised to learn that a financial statement must be provided prior to be granted a tour.
