My mom had been in Daleview for almost 4 years. She passed at the age of 102 this past Valentine''s Day. My sister would visit living nearby but I live in FL. Many calls during the years to complain about the well being of mom. Losing clothes, not giving her needed water when necessary etc. The care was not up to par to say the least. Living so far away I tried to see her when I flew up to NY. I let a lot slide but now we are in April I called the assistant director and asked why wasn''t a sympathy card not sent to our family and received a run around. Finally 3 days ago one came in the mail. Just an envelope with printed saying not even To the family of the deceased and a little note. No etiquette to say the least and again I had to ask for it. My one great thing about Daleview was the recreational person Kathleen. Compassionate and caring every time we did FaceTime. She was great. But so un professional and callously inconsiderate handling after my mom''s passing on the part of Daleview. Horrible.

My mom was placed on Daleview Care Center of July 2023 and was super nervous of the care and attention she would receive. You always hear horror stories that people have experienced. I have to say I am so so thankful for every staff member here. They take care of my mom so well. They keep me updated on everything and if she needs anything down to her favorite soap. The are executing her care plan we set up to the tee which has made the transition so much easier ❤️ They do her hair and paint her nails and treat her with so much love ❤️ I am so thankful this was the home that accepted her 10 stars for these care takers they don’t skip a beat ❤️
