The staff were so attentive, the facility is gorgeous (my grandma kept saying she feels like she lives in a hotel) and the food is exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure all of their needs were met and more. My grandmas loved all of the live entertainment and trips they took out in the community. You would be doing a disservice to your elderly loved ones by not moving them into The Bristal at Massapequa!
