WORST experience of my life! My mother went in for rehab after stroke & heart attack & NEVER came home…she passed away Unable to feed herself, walk, go to the bathroom they still took her to physical therapy where she just sat! I spoke with her nurse, physical therapist, the social worker & ask to speak to a doctor. There was NO doctor at the facility . Spoke with NP (her badge said NP) to ask if mother had another stroke? NO answer….”she has to get worse before she gets better” she replied. Googled NP name no one by that name came up but rather person is listed as a “nurses assistant”. They did not communicate with the family, put her food tray down & walked away, I never saw her receive any medication and she was put in Depends which they changed twice a day I saw my mother suffer HORRIBLY! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ! Take your loved one home to die with dignity as I wish I would have done There are NO stars for this facility!!!!

At of all the short term facility ive been to this place has been the best, NUMBER #1.
