I was so excited to find a place that was close to my house. I looked at a lot of places and was going to go with another place, but I love how they introduced me at Five Star. The main problem here is the staff - my loved one got yelled at by one of the workers. I reported it and they said they would handle it. This was not the only issue we have had, I went and visited on Monday and then Tuesday and he had on the same clothing both days. He got yelled at again being told this was not a nursing home and that he needed to clean and bathe himself. They have a lot of activities provided, but they do not encourage the residents to participate in them. We have been very frustrated especially because of how much we are paying. Overall we have been completely disappointed in the experience.

We have worked along with five star premier residence in plantation for little more than 10 years. This community is one of the BEST facility we treat their residents (we go to several ones). All staff truly care about their residents and they provide the best care. The staff treats their residents as if they were family, They provide dignity and support to them. Can not recommend a place more highly. Take a tour and meet the staff. They are fantastic! The facility is very nice and clean, and very well maintained. Perfect place for your loved one needing additional care.

Excellent staff and care given to my mom. Thelma and her team at the assisted living division is caring and compassionate. Also the food is excellent. I highly recommend the entire organization.

The way it is decorated is very grand, you can tell that was the look they were going for, Very pleasing to the eye, the apartments were very fresh and clean, but a little to small but it came with a full kitchen so you can make a meal since they only offer 2 meals a day. The tour guide was very nice and informative but we never received any follow up calls which we thought was odd.
