My aunt has been in this facility for several years. It seems that new Administrator is really trying to get this place up to date. My concerns that I addressed to the facility have been addressed and taken care of. I''m loving the new improvement because this place is really convenient for me and the staff really does take care of my aunt. Now that the COVID has gone down I think will see more activities for the residents. Also, found out this has memory care which really helpful for many that are looking for a place.

The administration and management of the facility is horrible. As of middle of July 2020, the administrator changed to a temporary or consultant. Staff are leaving or being terminated, being replaced by temporary direct care staff. Staff stability is so important for quality of care for residents...

The administration and management of the facility is horrible. As of middle of July 2020, the administrator changed to a temporary or consultant. Staff are leaving or being terminated, being replaced by temporary direct care staff. Staff stability is so important for quality of care for residents. The current administration is not responsive to family requests for meetings. The remaining direct care staff in this facility are wonderful, they do their best to give loving care to the residents despite poor management. My Grandmother has been in this facility for 2 years, the staff were like family to her. I would not recommend this facility.
