We toured The Conservatory at Alden Bridge, and we like the open space. That was a beautiful area. We love the outdoor pool and that it was heated. The apartments were well-planned, and we liked the apartments. Natalie was fantastic. She was knowledgeable and she did not rush us. She gave us a great deal of her time. She also arranged for us to have lunch there, which was very pleasant, to give us an idea of what the food was like. The food was excellent. My choice of food and everything that we ordered was wonderful.

My parents are staying in Conservatory At Alden Bridge and we like it there. The only reason they were looking to move is that we want them to have additional services, and be able to go from independent to assisted or skilled if they should ever need. But they're just more comfortable where they are. If you want to go to the next level, they have a service that we can bring in. So that's what we will do if they need additional services, we'll use their caregivers to take it to the next level. The staff goes above and beyond, just to make sure that my parents are taken care of. There was a time that their kitchen caught on fire, but even then, they found a way to bring food to the rooms until they got that taken care of. They're constantly upgrading the place continuously. They have plenty of activities. My parents don't usually take advantage of the activities, but when they do, it's awesome.

My parents have selected The Conservatory at Alden Bridge. It was well organized and the visit went well, so they were pleased. Everything looks pretty good. They're actually moving into the independent living. The staff was very professional. They helped guide me through some of the common terminology and things I should be asking for. We only looked at two-bedrooms, which was what my parents wanted, so there were two bedrooms with a living space and a kitchen. They also wanted to have a full meal, amenities, and social programs. They had other options as well. They had single-bedroom and two-bedroom options. They have everything: billiards, ping pong, bingo, movie nights, happy hours, water aerobics, and a gym.

My father is moving into The Conservatory at Alden Bridge. I took him there and he liked it. The staff is very good, it's a very nice room, and it's very roomy for him. It's just a one-bedroom, and that's all he needs. They have a lot of different activities for them. They actually had in-house home health, and physical therapy, and I thought that was very nice. The staff is very personable, and it's a very clean area.
