The most satisfying experience with care providers, environment/conditions and food service is excellent. Management is outstanding, ideal cost benefit!
We picked this community, because of the way that they were able to intect and deal with my loved one. My advice to other families, is to ask lots of questions, and get all the information that is needed. Overall, they are awesome.

Verbally the staff seemed very helpful and nice, but they appeared to be short-staffed and did not follow through. Maintenance seemed to be behind schedule - they just gave excuses. And they did not refund us any money despite us removing her due to their lack of attention and support.

This place was the absolute best!!! I cannot put into words how much I appreciate the staff and care givers and all the employees. They were all gracious with their words, actions and time. Not once did I feel that my mother did not have the care that she needed. The care givers were EPIC with her and all the other residents. We had her at another place and had a poor experience. So when Colonial Gardens accepted her and saw her behavior was delightful and again I can't express how much I appreciate all the people at the Colonial Gardens.

My mother has lived in this community for 5-6 weeks now. The caretakers have done a very nice job of caring for her and making her feel at home. She has stage 6 Alzheimer's and her former facility couldn't seem to deal with the symptoms of her disease as well as the staff at Colonial Gardens does....
My mother has lived in this community for 5-6 weeks now. The caretakers have done a very nice job of caring for her and making her feel at home. She has stage 6 Alzheimer's and her former facility couldn't seem to deal with the symptoms of her disease as well as the staff at Colonial Gardens does. They are able to redirect and keep her safe and happy. I believe she enjoys the routine they keep.
