I''m giving them a 5 star rating because I could find no fault. The care they gave my 94 year old mother, after being in the hospital for three weeks was second to none. Mom was always clean as well as her surroundings. I''m so thankful they gave her the attention she needed to build her strength. Additionally, the food was great and well presented. She began eating regularly after the three weeks of horrible hospital food, which did not interest her! My family and I wish to thank the entire staff. It was a refreshing relief knowing she was in GOOD hands.
Read moreThe staff at The Club is very focused on caring for your loved one. Friendly and attentive. It’s a beautiful building and the therapy department is absolutely wonderful. The rehab equipment is second to none. Highly recommend if you need to get back on your feet quickly!
Food is unidentifiable, arrives cold and mushy. 3 times my husband asked for cereal 3x a day, because he couldn''t eat their food. I had to actually bring food in for my husband to have 1 meal during his week stay.

My mother was here for 3 weeks. Majority of staff was very good but overworked and understaffed. However there are a few staff members that are just there collecting a paycheck. The facility is very clean, common areas are nice, but actual rooms are bare and stale. Maintenance is lacking as her toilet was broke almost 2-3 times a week and they wouldn''t change her room. Meals are the WORST!!!! Either not enough or items you wouldn''t feed to an animal. If you need a rehab facility stay clear of this one!

My dad was sent to this rehab center from the hospital to recover from covid. I went in the next day an asked the therapist what they were planning on doing for him. He rudely told me the administration would send me a list ( which they never did ) He didn’t want to hear what my dads limitations were. I asked if they would leave weights and stress bands in the room so he could use them while in bed, he told me to bring my own cause what they had was for all the rooms. I deliberately went in every day at different times to see what the therapist was doing and 90 % of the time he would be in bed and if he was in the chair the equipment was never there …I did more therapy with him then the therapist did. The 2 weeks he was there were horrible. ( we were in the process of moving him ) it took them 3 days to figure out my dad only had 2 toes on one foot and locked shoulders. The administration and doctors never called us until the night they sent him back to the hospital to die. The hospital doctor told us he had had pneumonia for 4 days. Many times when I was there It took me hours to find a nurse ( who are rude) and the doctors are AWOL. The poor cna’s are so sort staffed I would often have to change him and the bedding. If this isn’t bad enough they stole my dads necklace which he couldn’t reach and blamed it on him. They have of course blown us off. It’s a shame that people in this facility think it’s ok to treat people poorly. Guess it would be different if it was their loved ones. If the hospital ever wants to put ur family here please run away.

My father, Robert Correll, was released from your facility on 5/24/2022. I was unable to be there to pick him up, a close friend was there in my place. I was told to call back and speak with Nurse Brittany, who I had spoke with just the day before due to my dad falling. I attempted to reach her several times on the direct line she gave me, and on the main phone line. My dad was sent home with some insulin and Tramadol... He had been in your facility for 2 weeks, and his meds had been changed at the hospital (most likely), but no one at your facility bothered to provide us with his new heart medicine or even a prescription to get us through til his follow up with his G.P.. After 2 days and several calls, Brittany FINALLY texted me back and said she would "call me right after med pass". That was a joke. I had called the main line at many different times of day/night, in hopes that I could reach a nurse to go over the changes in my dad''s meds, and to find out WHY we were not given his heart medicine at the bare minimum. On Friday, 5/27/2022 (3 days after my dad had last had his meds (other than his cancer med)), I called the main line and asked to speak with the nursing supervisor (I had spoke with social services, or whatever you call them there, and they said I had to speak with a nurse), but was told she was in a meeting, but was told I would get a call back. Yea right! I called back a few hours later and was told the same thing, and was again ASSURED I would get a call back. I called back one last time and was told the supervisor had "left early for an emergency." What a joke. They just couldn''t wait to start their long weekend. I am sure this will just go to the local office, but I fully intend to file a complaint with corporate, and will leave this on any review site I can.
