If you care about your loved one at all I would not put them in this facility. This facility is dirty. Alarms go unanswer ed for hours and you cannot find anyone to help when you need it. A lot of the techs sit out there on their cell phones instead of doing their job and obviously there is no supervision. It is pretty bad when you have to hire private caregivers to be with your loved one at a facility because they can''t do their job. Add to it that no one returns your calls. Quite frankly I''m surprised the State or the Health department has not stepped in.

We just wanted a studio, and she showed us that. It was quite large for a studio for one person. It was very clean. They brought us all around. It was very beautiful, and it was clean. It's very new to me, and it's close to our home. It was excellent. The staff was very good, and very thorough, and she answered all my questions. I was with her for quite a while. She showed me all the facilities and the pool.

My experience with Highpoint at Stonecrest has been very good. I'm very happy here. It's close to where I was, and I'm familiar with the area and I have friends around here. The staff is very nice. The facility is brand new and beautiful. It's only been here three years and my unit has never lived. It's lovely. The food is very good. I get three meals a day, and it comes with the rent. The menu is pretty good. They have at least three or four different options every day. The activities are also good. I haven't been here that long, but I've tried trivia, and they have something going on every day. The price here is just in line with everybody else.

I love the apartments here at Highpoint at Stonecrest. They all have a screened-in balcony and the people living here are wonderful. It's like a big family. There was a little problem for a bit regarding the management, but I think that's taken care of, hopefully. Otherwise, I think it's a great place. They have a couple of penthouses here. I've just never been to them. Then they have two rooms that they rent out overnight for visitors. The staff has been good and there are so many activities, about anything you could think of. They have all kinds of games, like card games, some art stuff, and just everything. They've got a movie theater, a game room, and a bistro where we do a lot of our entertaining. They provide three meals a day and their food is good.
