Post surgery recovery stay... Communication between staff members was lacking but I can say when this was brought to the attention of management, the problem(s) were quickly resolved. Response times could easy extend to more than an hour but in fairness, you did get a response as soon as they could...
Post surgery recovery stay... Communication between staff members was lacking but I can say when this was brought to the attention of management, the problem(s) were quickly resolved. Response times could easy extend to more than an hour but in fairness, you did get a response as soon as they could get thru more pressing issues. Comms between surgeons and this facility were also lacking. MDs visits were at best perfunctory. This shortfall was well filled by good PAs and RNs. On positive notes, the facilities are superior and the non/semi-professional staffs were friendly and did their best.
Read moreI had a very helpful and caring stay. Between the employees and the residents such a great understanding of care and needs. I recommend Freedom Pointe to anyone who wants to have great care and trustworthy staff. Activities is also great here as well.
My experience here at Freedom Pointe was beyond my expectations. I was happy to be here and I was helped tremendously. God bless all the wonderful people who helped me get better.

The nursing and care staff provided for my needs in a kind manner. They were patient when I accidentally hit the call button and still responded promptly. Taylor and Pat were exceptional in their care. Pat always saw that I had a warm blanket to keep me cozy while I was icing my knee. They both gave me a shower and made me feel safe and respected .They saw that I could safely use the bathroom while maintaining my privacy. Pat and Taylor fed my suite mate Lois Babbitt and kept her clean while being patient and cheerful . Pat was sensitive to my needs, extra tea, a glass of prune juice or a warm blanket. I came to Freedom Pointe Skilled Nursing because my husband got such exceptional care on several occasions before his death. The food is well prepared and attractively presented.The facilities arekept cly The waste baskets are emptied regularly. The staff were all so kind and helpful. They helped her get back on her feet.
