I didn’t have an experience there but a great friend did. I am sure once she and her family members submit their reviews you will not post them. When my friend arrived at the home, she found out none of the aids were skilled or familiar with the home. One did not know where the restroom was. She was taken there by ambulance and there was no one to assist her, she was left standing at the front desk in extreme pain from having a rod inserted into a broken femur. After getting into a room, no one came to assist her or help. Finally, she asked for a washcloth and towel to freshen up. She stated it was a nightmare. Then, to her horror, she had to vacate because of bedbugs!!!!
