They were in the middle of renovating when I toured. Overall, I think they were really good. The staff member who gave the tour was very nice, very friendly and very accommodating. I went to their dining area, but I did not have a chance to try their food. Their staff seemed very interactive with the patients in the dining area. It seemed lively and friendly. The place was clean and good, but it was outdated at the time. They had a nice fenced-in courtyard. The staff were all welcoming and very nice.

We chose Brookdale Finneytown for my parents. We like the size of the rooms. We're comfortable with the people we met there. A big part of it was that they were willing to do tube feeding for my dad. They have activities. They're remodeling the entire front lobby, so it's a construction zone right now. I saw the dining room, and it looked nice. There were construction workers still painting. The staff members were very friendly and knowledgeable.
