I wished there had been such a facility available to my father or grandmother.

I worked here for the very first time through agency today. Karen ELLIOTT RN was very rude and made it an unpleasant experience. She refused to sign my time slip after I worked a 8 hour shift then she proceeded to be hostile, got in my face & launched a pen at me. Extremely unprofessional!!! I cannot believe this is how the staff treats workers who come in and help!! I have never been disrespected like this before & I will NEVER come back here!

Cloverland Park Senior Living was very new, and it had a very light, airy, welcoming lobby. The facility itself in the memory care unit was very brightly lit. There's not a dingy tone to it. It was inviting. The place was not cramped. It seemed to be very spacious, and fully laid out. They also had a very nice memory care outdoor area, and all the residents there had access to it, which I thought was very nice. The person I met was very nice. She had a sense of appreciation for the place, and she also was very encouraging with me. Both my friend and I went back and had a meal, and the meal was excellent. They had very good food. You could tell it was well prepared. However, they need to improve their care ratio. I also think they should improve their presentation of care upon a tour. I did not get a very active attentiveness within the community.

Cloverland Park Senior Living was gorgeous. It was really pretty with an outdoor fireplace and horseshoes. They were decorating the place for Valentine's Day while I was there. All the staff members walked up and introduced themselves. Everybody that I had seen was either decorating or in their wheelchairs gathered around the TV to get ready for lunch. The place was extremely clean.
