My father-in-law''s very first experience was having a staff member refuse to take him to the bathroom, despite indicating he couldn''t wait. He was told "the staff haven''t received our assignments yet". He soiled the bed and the next human given his care had to clean him up. A nightmare facility.

March 2024- The Rehab Dept is great-very knowledgeable and valuable (Paul, Lily, Jennie, Mike) and the unit manager, Deirdre does her best. But the care is questionable and the nurses just dispense meds and do not tell you what is given even if specifically asked. Very under-resourced. Variable care and you need a patient advocate. My mother ended up in the hospital after the night nurse refused to dispense meds prior to a dr visit. Food is cold and not very good.
