With memory care, our highly trained staff takes a person-centered approach to care. Our daily path of enrichment helps residents nurture their current skills, while offering gentle activities that encourage socialization, the exploration of new hobbies and fun. We’ll also here to help with daily assistance with bathing, dressing and mobility, as well as medication management and healthcare provider coordination. We also feature things like consistent routines and safe and enclosed common spaces.

You and your family can choose from a variety of apartment floor plans, each with large sunny windows, a spacious living area and private bathroom, which they’ll enjoy customizing to their individual decorating preferences. Our community also features many places to relax, like our outdoor garden patio, and fireside living room. We also have walking paths, an on-site beauty/barber shop, a library and greenhouse.

People living with dementia are at a greater risk for poor nutrition and weight loss. That’s why we use mealtime as an opportunity to offer healthy menu choices and create a sense of belonging. Our residents enjoy dementia-friendly menus with familiar and easy-to-manage selections, small dining rooms with consistent pre-selected seating and personal dining assistance.

Whether it’s our Clare Bridge program for mid to late stages or our Solace program for the advanced stages of dementia, we have purposeful programs that offer the care you and your family need. Along with our programming, you’ll have peace of mind knowing there is trained staff on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to be alerted to an emergency.
