My wife has two to three hospital visits a week on some occasions. The lady we interviewed there was terrific. They're just great, and the location is terrific. The facility is great. It looks terrific, too. It's clean and neat. A lot of the rooms face the outside where you can see the forest. They have an area outside where you can go out and exercise.

We were so disappointed and discouraged with the care she received in NC that we were hesitant to start the process all over. After interviewing 6 facilities in the Hagerstown area we settled on Brookdale. In the year our Mom has been a resident of the memory care facility at Brookdale we have been impressed with how well they communicate with us, their caring attitudes, and all the activities they do with the residents.

The little bit of outside that they had was very nice and clean.
