The staff here is great and they provide amazing and numerous events and activities for their residents. They are very caring and the facilities are nice. Even though I don't have knowledge about the meals or the cost, I can speak to the friendliness of the staff and how wonderfully they engage with the residents after attending events here. My son provided entertainment/ education for an event.

I would advise others to go somewhere else. We moved my father into Paramount in March and we received a letter a few weeks ago that they're closing. They built a brand new facility down the road and said they'd have room for everyone, but they didn't. So because of that, we had to move elsewhere. I also paid for the month of May and I'm currently fighting to get my community fee back and the May payment back.

I have my brother at Paramount Senior Living at Westerville and it's ok. I had some problems with them not doing what they say they're going to do, but other than that, he's happy there. They don't have all the facilities that they do in the sister community, but they have activities. You can furnish the apartment yourself. He doesn't care for the food there, but that's because he's used to my cooking. They've had a group of women together playing cards and playing games.

I would recommend Paramount Senior Living to those who are looking. the memory care unit is not in the same building, but the dining room is communal. so some memory care residents get to come over and eat with the assisted living side. the only thing my sister doesn't like is the fixed menu everyday, it's not ala carte. so there are some days she doesn't like what's being served. aside from that, they have a weekly email about any community updates - how many staff/residents have Covid, etc. they provide transportation to doctor appointments, grocery stores, pharmacy runs, and other errands. outside of the outings, they have activities like crafts, games, and Friday night happy hour socials.

I visited seven facilities, and the one that stood out for me was Paramount Senior Living at Westerville. I enrolled my mom there, but my siblings wanted to move her closer to my sister who is in Grove City. It's very good. The staff was nice. The rooms were not as updated, as they were at the other facility, but the facility was very nice. They seemed to have more activities than the other facility does. But the staff was super; I liked the staff. Their dining area was very nice and cozy. They appeared to have more activities. I saw more people involved in things like playing cards, some ladies were sewing a quilt together, and their calendar of events seemed a little busier than others. The rooms were older. For example, they didn't have a sink or a microwave. You can have it in there, but they didn't provide it. The rooms were nice but they were older.
