Legal Greed, So our dad had a massive stroke years ago and we were referred to this service by the facility. Well as we all know private care is very costly. However our dad wanted to stay in the comfort of his home and we saw no reason not to honor his request. Little did we know how long it would take to receive his Social Security Benefits he’d work for his entire life. After informing Genesis of our financial obligation for the service they continue to send the care provider. So finally, they stopped due to not receiving payment for service on time. Once everything kicked in with our dads financial responsibility we couldn’t pay the bill in entirety, but was willing to set a payment plan. To make a long story short a business that offer services to care for adult baby sitting sued for double the about owed and would not negotiate. Service was dependable, but ok. A lot of the hires were foreigner and really did provide the services advertised. We didn’t force them to send continued services.
