I am so grateful to Cadia Healthcare Annapolis! My sister Venus has been there for 2 weeks and has had better care than when she was in the hospital. As a trach patient with multiple health problems, I was anxious about her going to a nursing home. Cadia Annapolis has exceeded my expectations in every way. All of the nurses, respiratory therapists, occupational, speech, and physical therapists have been fantastic! The activities department provides daily face time calls, hand massage, music, etc.. Natalie and Janae are true gems! Every time I see my sister she is smiling. She is given wonderful care and I can tell they actually care about my sisters comfort and needs. I want to give a special shout out to Rose, Joan, Melissa, and Jennifer. I am still learning the names of the many nurses and therapists, so I know I have probably missed some. I just want you all to know how grateful I am for the excellent care of my sister. I would give Cadia Annapolis 10 stars if I could! Thanks to all of you - Elizabeth

My Dad just came home from a three week stay at Cadia. Before we sent him there I went on a visit. When you first visit Cadia you will be greeted by Tali the admissions director. The first of many warm and friendly people you will meet at Cadia Annapolis. From his complete tour of the facility and talking to him we decided to give this facility a try. They exceeded our expectations. This facility is run by a phenomenal staff who are not only caring but also know the business of healthcare. Lois the business manager is knowledgeable about insurance and medicare and will make sure you have everything you need for a successful intake process. The nurses are responsive and caring, special shout out to Samuel for keeping my Dad comfortable and handling him with dignity and repspect. The therapists PT, OT, and ST are amazing. In three weeks they improved my dad''s functioning exponentially from when he was admitted. The communication with our family was amazing down to the detailed summary notes and instructions they gave us for his discharge. Cadia Annapolis cares about people and helping them recover. This is a 5 star facility.

Finally he was transferred to a hospital where he was diagnosed with significant pneumonia and his blood gases where not good.he will now receive comfort care so he can go in peace. I calledto retrieve his belongings and didn''t even get a "gee I''m so sorry ", but at least some one picked up the phone for change. Usually you get a voicemail which would go unanswered. I regret sending my husband there. Don''t send a loved one thereand I didn''t even get a response to my review

If I could chose a zero star, I would have. Visited a family member and was welcomed with a stinky foul smell, no receptionist to ask what room number my Aunt was. Plus there''s not even a person at the nurses station! A patient was yelling for help and no one is there to help him out. Please do not consider to put your loved ones in this facility. You will only get tired of coordinating with the nurses who doesn''t even care to call you back. This star deserves only to the Rehab therapists whom my Aunt admires.

My mother was brought here in August of 2021. She was on a ventilator but she was awake. She was just bed-bound due to ALS. She arrived with no wounds and 90 pounds. When she left on August 1st to be transported to the Emergency Room she weighted 75 pounds and she has wounds on her bottom that were so bad they were breaking down. She died 4 days later from infections. She also had puke in her hair that had been in there since she arrived and she would sit in her feces for hours before anyone came to clean her. She would wait hours for her pain medication. Some of the staff are rude, they are short staffed to begin with, and they didn’t treat my mom the best. Please do not send your loved one here if you want them to return in a healthy state.

My dad was there less then a week and I just knew he was going to die in there. They barely took care of him at all. The doctor told us with my dad listening that people with his condition don’t usually last long. WTH? They also asked us what to do if his heart stops. Is this rehab or hospice? I think they literally just let him go. He died last night. They called and instead of saying sorry they tell us we have four hours to figure out what to do with his body. So messed up. Do not put your family here if you want them to live. Makes me sick.
