The three levels of care provide peace of mind and the welcoming accommodations are rich with natural light, soothing colors and refreshing fabrics and seating options. The activities are plentiful and the ability to get out and shop is just a booking away from the front desk. The care of the nursing staff is sincere and the vibrant atmosphere makes even a tough day somewhat easier. The menu includes lots of options for every guest and the bar area is filled with sports, entertainment and togetherness. My mother has been a guest for over a year and ALL of us are most pleased with Sooner Station.

Dear Meredith and Michael, On behalf of the family of Aunt, who lives at Sooner Station, I would like to take this opportunity to extend a heartfelt thank you for the invitation to the Thanksgiving Brunch, and compliment the entire Sooner Station administration and staff for all that each of you do to make everything so wonderful for those who live at Sooner Station. From the outside looking in we are so impressed with everything that you all do. This Thanksgiving Brunch was such a lovely event that was very much enjoyed by all of our family, and many other guests that were in attendance. From the moment that we were greeted and seated at our table until our “tummies" were filled with delicious food we were in awe! Paul, the chef and kitchen staff are to be commended on the delicious spread of food that was presented. There was definitely something for everyone and it was soooo delicious. Everyone was very courteous and met our every need with much grace and pleasing personalities! We are so grateful and thankful for each person who spent their Thanksgiving Day making our Thanksgiving Day so special! Also, I want to commend Pam and Kaylee for all they do and for the AWESOME activities they plan for the residents. In addition the front desk personnel - Mel, Yolanda, etc., etc. are always so welcoming and pleasant. And I love watching how those in the salon are so much a part of the lives of those who live at Sooner Station. All of you make such an impact and significant difference on each of the residents lives! Our family greatly appreciates your thoughtfulness, kindness and the friendship that you share with us and our very sweet and special Aunt, as well as all of those at Sooner Station. The director of this facility is immature and irresponsible. she plays favorites and harasses her employees. She called one of her employees “irresponsible” for getting a flu test and calling in while she was sick. Told her she shouldn’t have tested and she should have came in any way. And continued on to fire this employee by ignoring her and when she tried to ask about her schedule was only answered with being removed from work schedules. Idk about putting your families in this facility, but I wouldn’t work for someone who is okay with spreading viruses just to make herself look… good? Idk. They need a new director before I would trust someone like that to manage my elderly family member. Safety and cleanliness should come first. Do better.

The place is horrible!!! When you report the rude employees of the verbal abuse to the home office, the home office wanted Taneha Sheppherd( DON, she lied to home office that they’re good aides etc!!! It’s just horrible I wouldn’t put my dog in there!!!!
My Dad lives on the assisted living side. My Dad has improved immensely since moving in 8 months ago. I cannot say enough about the staff! They know everyone’s name and are so kind, loving, and helpful. The facility is beautiful and the location is great. I am SO thankful for Sooner Station!
