Discharged one of my patients home and did not follow up with pharmacy to make sure they received the meds that Bath manor faxed over. Patient was discharged on 8/19/22 and today is 25th. When I seen patient for 1st time since she has been home to find she had no medicine.I called Bath Manor to have them call in meds and the nurse stated to me that it was no longer there responsibility. Let me tell everyone it is 100% Bath Manors responsibility!!!

My niece was sent here after suffering a major seizure and partial paralysis from the after-effects of brain tumor surgery and radiation treatments. A nurse checked her for track marks and did a gloved orifice check for possible hidden drugs! Is this Bath Manor''s idea of quality care??? Further traumatize a patient who has no record of substance abuse? I shudder to think of what else goes on behind these doors. I would advise avoiding this establishment at all costs.
