Left my job here after repeatedly whistleblowing on deaf ears, and faced retaliation after. Other employees were offered free meals and better bonuses for pick up shifts because they were in the good ol boy club. Felt like managers were more interested in keeping staff that didn''t do their job and surfed on by creating hazardous conditions for peers and residents. Many complaints were left unanswered, or returned with subpar measures, and in turn the same behavior continued to repeat itself. The worst, is substantiating wilful falsification of medication administration, nurses who click off treatments they didn''t perform, falling on deaf ears through reporting through facility and corporate... all not being fixed or remediated for the safety of residents. I wouldn''t recommend placing my family here, or recommend a job here as long as this building continues to conduct itself this way. In filing a hostile work environment, and reporting misconduct, I lost opportunities to advance within the company. It was bragged about how there was a mutual do not hire for staff thar quit between Avamere or Marquis Companies, despite staff leaving for sensible reasons, like a hostile work environment.

The few staff members I encountered while visiting were really great. But the staff to patient ratio is off. There also wasn''t anyone staffing the entry points to do covid screenings even though they have it posted that they are on enhanced covid protocols right now.
