Awful do not put your loved one here! We moved our mom, the caregiver that went to pick her up cried she could not believe her condition in a cold space no blanket in her wheel chair and her gown was open against the cold metal of the wheel chair, respect each other for Christ sake!

If I could rate this facility with a negative review I certainly would!! Please do not take your loved ones here, if you have other options/choices. Our family did not have any other choice. My ex husband was transported to this facility with a failing liver and kidneys and passed away at age 59 in this facility. This wad his last days of life and was supposed to be “comfort care”. From day 1 when our loved one was admitted here, he kept saying …. get me out of here …. on the phone, it was so heartbreaking. He passed away 1 week after being in this facilities care. He waited more than 45 minutes just for a glass of water at times. No one was on the same page about their “Covid” procedures. Made it really really hard for loved ones to say their goodbyes. I do have to applaud one staff member, a nice African American gentleman, nurse Larry, who did an amazing job at comforting us daily as we all were grieving. We don’t understand why we were so mistreated. Oh and there was a chart nurse, Lisa Tamura, who was the worst, terrible staff member who lied and made up the story that someone in our family was drinking alcohol in the lobby which was such a lie, completely disgusting behavior. And Charlotte, the front secretary, she was just rude. Made us feel dumb about asking questions, she didn’t know how many people were back in the room when she should have been monitoring it. Very inconsistent with the level of care here.

The overall care was good, but his belongings were ALWAYS coming up missing. Clothes, $$, sunglasses.

Unless something has changed in the last couple years, on many occasions the staff was terrible, they treated the patients like they were nobody, very sad to see, I would never send a family member there again or a friend. I turned in many complaints on how they treated them as well as confronting the staff. The patients & family/friends are to feel safe & know they''re being taken care of correctly with care. I was very upset & still am.

My father was here for about 2.5 months. Nurses,CNA and physical therapist were great, I give them 5 stars! The administration well suck. After discharge no one followed up, no home therapy no home nurse visit. I got the run around and so did my father. We got BS answers or no answers at all. It took being home for almost two weeks and a call from his doctor to get home therapy and a nurse to come in. I pray no one has this issue with them.
