If I could give it 0 star I would, this is my agency for more than 8 years, I loved it, it was an agency with a lot of work that let you do as many hours as you wanted, I did up to 80 hours in a week, but nevertheless the agency hired a call center in the Dominican Republic and it is a disaster, they don''t know where they stand, you call and they don''t even know what to respond or where they should transfer the call or send the email, they should remove that call center, apart from that they don''t give you work, there is no cases anymore, I don’t know what is going on with Amazing they need a new administrator or something, most of the coordinator or staffers are in the Dominican Republic and they don’t even know nothing.
