If you love your parents, don''t send them to AM. My parents have been here for 6 months and we decided to leave after endless promises, that we knew would never change. We aren''t a disgruntled family, but asking for basic care for our parents. I walked in their room one day and there were 5 dirty towels in the shower stall from the night before as well as feces that hadn''t been cleaned. Its sad. CNAs who are obsessed with being on their cell phones, sleeping on the job and not having the heart to care for our loved ones. The independent living and assisted living is fine, but AM is lacking. If you check many reviews from other sites, its an ongoing issue. The leadership at AM is lacking so nothing changes.

Many of the employees seem angry and don’t want to work. Elderly people are at their mercy and intimidated. These employees seem to enjoy their power over helpless elderly people especially when patients can not have visitors due to COVID. It’s pathetic that “professional” adults are too lazy to their jobs and take out their frustrations on their powerless elderly patients in their care. It’s terrible for patients and reflects poorly on the competent, caring co-workers of these terrible “caregivers.” The goal at a rehab facility is to help get patients well. Have these “professionals” forgotten that they, too, will one day get old? That they have a moral obligation to care for people because of their chosen profession? That they may have elderly parents and grandparents?

They're great. I love the staff. I love the way they take care of my mother. The nurses are just the best. My mother is on the second floor in the Terrace assisted living section. And they are so wonderful and loving. The nurses really do care and do the best they can. My mother can be a difficult person along with her illness, and they give it their all. The front desk person is wonderful. So is everyone there. It's a wondaful place. And they take really good care of you. They could improve a little on the food though. I would just like to see a better selection of meals.

Be sure you have someone there on weekends because it tends to be a free for all. You never know if the CNA you have is great or... During the week it''s great, although usually the residents end up in the hallway outside the dining hall most day, or sitting in the activity room, most residents would rather sit in the hal.

Trezevant Manor was good. But for some reason -- I didn't understand why -- they're without an administrator. The staff said that the position had been vacant for a while. The staff in general knew their jobs. Their apartments and closets were very small, and one of the tour guides didn't seem to know her job. The residents were well provided for, with things like woodworking, exercise, pool, and trips to Walgreens, Walmart, doctors' appointments, and things that you needed. It's located in a community where you're around a lot of stores if you want to go.
