Despite the other reviews, my grandmother has been in this facility for 2 years now and I have nothing but great things to share. Communication with us as a family has always been great, anytime theirs a concern or update on her medical status we are contacted. Each time I visit the facility I''m welcomed to the facility & I really really really love nurse Carol who works the 300 wing. She''s always upbeat, joyful and has such a great personality everytime she interacts with us. Thanks Carol 💕 and all the rest of the staff here....

Unhealthy food-staff stealing patients ss numbers to purchase Bath and Body works . My therapy was to be intensive but wasn''t I could not walk normally and had to be further rehabilitated at home. I wouldn''t recommend this place to anyone''s love one the staff are lazy they continue to disregard their patiences call button and you have to literally call just to get them to answer their parents call button that has been going off sometimes for hours mostly night staff just continued to play their music and disregard their patiences. Then the staff say they make their rounds every two hours, please let me inform you that isn''t the case your lucky if they come every six hours. Last I spoke with the social worker the day my sister was brought in and she scheduled two appointments with me that she missed I called and left a message and it has been fourteen days and no one has returned my calls yet.
Read moreThey don''t pay their employees. Payday as per the handbook is Friday. Well here is Friday and some pay periods you won''t get paid until the following Monday or Tuesday. H/R and payroll give you the run around and then leave. Now we have to take care of patients and no pay.
