If you want a place that ads charges to the contract along with horrible care for your loved one this is the place for you. The owner is only in it for the money. Horrible inexperienced caregivers are hired that do not care to do anything other than a few tasks a day. Should a loved become temporarily ill, they do not take necessary steps short of thinking how to remove and fill the space as quickly as possible. After much time with another Residential Care Facility, there are others out there that provide excellent service. Do your research!

4 Seasons Senior Living, Lewisville, Carrollton, Coppell. We have had a horrible experience with these people, and ended up not moving into the property located in Carrollton. We toured the Gilespie property around 5/9/19. They pressured us for a deposit, and told us only $1500 if we agreed in 24 hours. Around 5/16/19 we sent them the ACH forms for the now increased deposit of $2000. We signed the contract on 5/22/19 for the Gilespie property which is located in a nice, safe neighborhood about 4 miles from our home for $3800 a month. For three weeks we all planned for the move in date of Friday 5/31/19. We had the hospital bed, wheelchair delivery, and wheelchair transport van reserved for that date. Just before noon on Thursday 5/30/19 the property coordinator (Jessica Duffy) began changing the entire agreement. They said that our 86 year old mother located in Arkansas had tremendously deteriorated from the previous hospital report 2 weeks prior, which was a total fabrication. They said the manager (owner Mike Madhani) needed us to go to a home 12 miles away, in a sketchy neighborhood, and the price would be much higher. We could not move in Friday, we needed to meet at their offices that day. On Thursday afternoon my daughter had just had 4 wisdom teeth extracted, and instead of caring for her, I was forced to look at these houses in Lewsiville. I drove by the 2 houses, looked inside one of them, and did not want to move forward. I felt betrayed. I was furious, and I drove straight to their corporate office around 4:30. I met with Jessica, Layla and Mike Madhani. They pretty much told me my mom was way worse than the first report, and she could not be cared for at the nice place that we had a contract for. They insisted that the price needs to be higher than $3800 a month that I signed for, and could not be specific on the new amount or when it would go into effect. I told them that my wife would be very upset, and that I was now feeling very uncomfortable. Their tone was very "parent-child" and condescending, and I do not do well with that. I asked for a refund and they refused. I wrote them and again asked for a refund due to the breech of contract on their part, refusing to honor the original property, at the original price. This is unethical. They still have not returned our money after changing everything we agreed to.
