Find the Spark at The Auberge at Valley Ranch
The Auberge at Valley Ranch offers award-winning assisted living and memory care in a desirable neighborhood of Dallas. Its unique approach to senior living is called SPARK, a program based on Montessori principles that provides learning opportunities, meaningful activities and important social engagement. In SPARK, older adults get a wide range of life-enriching daily events that align with their interests, whether it’s puzzle nights, musical performances, ice cream socials or happy hours with friends. In addition, residents participate in special-interest clubs, including Men’s Club, Women’s Group and The Floral Club.
Irving is a suburb of Dallas that boasts over 80 parks and a host of world-class shops and restaurants. Older adults have a chance to see it all thanks to scheduled transportation. For example, loved ones might hop onboard to go to places like Fort Worth Stockyards, the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Sam Houston Trail Park and the George W. Bush Presidential Museum.
The Auberge at Valley Ranch: The Support to Live Well
Residents who need a little extra help with daily personal care tasks can create a care plan from assisted living services like medication administration and help with tasks like bathing, grooming, dressing and getting around the community. They also benefit from housekeeping, maintenance, laundry and meals — anything they need to live a chore-free lifestyle.
Older adults and families living with the challenges of Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia find compassion and engagement through the memory care program at The Auberge at Valley Ranch. This Montessori-inspired approach uses science-backed rehabilitative strategies that have been shown to increase interactions, optimize cognitive skills and promote a sense of accomplishment, regardless of the older adults’ abilities.

Our experience was horrible. I pulled my aunt out as quickly as possible. I purchased another home and placed her there. She was neglected, her medication and medical care was terrible. The person in charge left the place a few days after we left, as I was trying to get her records. I found out that the entire facility is closing as well. I was horrible.

We left a facility that felt very cold, it was overpriced and we felt kind of ignored by the people who ran the facility, and The Auberge is the complete opposite it is a world of difference. When our loved one first moved in the set up a table for all the men to sit at and eat at so they could get to know our loved one - it was very welcoming. The friendliness of the staff is 5+ they are lovely lovely people as well as the other residents. The staff do a great job focusing and getting to know different things our loved one likes to do which we really appreciate. It is in a neighborhood setting so it does not feel institutional at all it feels very homey in terms of the look and the people
Read moreI toured the Auberge at Valley Ranch and I didn't like it. It felt very depressing and sad, I think everyone who lived there was completely memory care. We chose another community because The Auberge felt kind of stale.
Our family had an in person tour and it was a great experience, the gentlemen who took us around was very positive and helpful

This is a good community. The director of the community is awesome, and cares for each resident's life. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. Most of the staff are good to work with. They are friendly and professional. There are some activities for the residents to choose from. There is more staff participation in trying to get the residents involved in these activities. The food is good. There is a larger lunch and a smaller dinner that is served, along with breakfast. My loved one enjoys the food that is served. The monthly fee includes laundry service, linen changes, housekeeping, the room, electrical, gas, and water. The phone and tv are an additional charge. The community is able to provide assistance with bathing, hygiene, and dressing along with medication management and transfers.
