This Company is the worst I was an employee at the Pearl since 9/28/23 to 4/22/24. I WAS THE Employee of the month March 2024. The residents are wonderful. Some of the staff do not take proper care of residents. They do not attend to them like they should. Residents are staying soiled majority of the day. Being rushed to eat. Not being properly supervised. The management doesn''t care they cover things up, don''t tell residents families everything they should know. Management doesn''t take accountability for anything they cover thing up to make themselves look good. They let their employees get sexullay harassed and look the other way or terminate the employee who brings it to their attention.

Read moreMy parents (ages 90 and 87) recently moved to The Pearl, and I have to give them 5 stars for the amazing support we received from the staff during the planning and execution of the move. The Pearl facilities are fantastic and I am 100% pleased and relieved to have my parents there.

My loved one seems to be in good hands and well taken care of. The staff does a fantastic job at taking care of each individual patient and knows many by names. They are short staffed at times but seems to be the case just about anywhere these days. They do their best with this scenario. The meals could use some enhancements as more options would be nice and less cafeteria style food. Less sodium and more fresh options. Overall seem quite pleased with everything we are getting for the money being spent.
