I went into the ER with a problem that I have been having with my ankle and the only good part about the visit was the man who helped me get into the front door. When we got inside they brought us into a room in the back what was a secondary waiting room and there was bloody gauze on the table next to us. They told me at the end that they could not do anything for me and that I should go see a doctor and as we were leaving another person who was there for an emergency knew my name and they said that they would pray for me. I did not tell them my name so I seriously wonder how they knew. I will not be back here any time soon.

I have had a lot of dead ends with doctors, but Dr Wandeloski was excellent, friendly, and very thorough. I was under the impression that you can get extensive gastroenterology testing ordered from the E.r., which has to be ordered by my doctor or a specialist, but he ruled out everything he possibly could, gave me medication that might get me by until I see a specialist. Most professional doctor I have seen in a while, to be honest. If only he could be my primary.

I rushed ny husband yo this hospitsl Sunday night. He has a history of heart failure and I thought he was having a heart attack. I was told he will have to wait as they were busy by one of the people that checks you in! She actually yelled at me! I couldn’t believe it. My husband was having severe chest pain and could hardly talk! A few minutes later he was taken back by someone who heard her yell at me. Then we waited in the ER being monitored until midnight before he was admitted to a room. Fortunately it was not his heart or he most likely wouldn’t be here today. They kept him overnight and were suppose to run tests on him but did nothing the next day. It wasnt until the 3rd day that they ran some tests! He ended up leaving on his own because no one knew what they were doing! I have never been to a hospital where either one of us have been treated like this! Unbelievable. To top it iff that place is not very clean. We will NEVER go back!

Much better wait times than Hurley, genesis ect… but obviously for a reason. Our recent visit was probably the most underwhelming medical experience we’ve had. Overall just not clean, random trash scattered the last patients discharge papers were in the ER room we were put in when we walked in, ...
Much better wait times than Hurley, genesis ect… but obviously for a reason. Our recent visit was probably the most underwhelming medical experience we’ve had. Overall just not clean, random trash scattered the last patients discharge papers were in the ER room we were put in when we walked in, as well as trash on the floor & carts and blood on the sink. Nurses just generally unprofessional, discussing patients, personal life and swearing at the desk. I’m all for being comfortable in your work place but not necessarily that loud at 4am in the ER. We have gone 30 minutes out of our way due to their promptness/cleanliness/professionalism in the past but they are really dropping the ball
