My mom has been at Cedarwood off and on for the past 3 years. At the beginning of her visits within that year the facility was beautiful they were always staffed with enough stnas and nurses to take care of all patients and my mom loved it here. The facility was always clean, they cared about their patients, and did their jobs well without having to be told to do it. Now it''s the complete opposite I''ve had to call numerous times to talk with administrators about several problems and/or situations that we have encountered while my mom was there. This used to be a really nice facility it just went down a lot since the pandemic. I do believe that if it was enough staffing and also staffing that cared about the residents a lot of problems wouldn''t have occurred. It''s a possibility that the facility could get better and meet those good standards that they once did.

My father was there for almost 2 weeks for therapy after he left the hospital. He was doing great leaving the hospital but when I picked him up from cedarwood you could tell he wasn’t himself. Not even 24 hours later I had to cal lab ambulance to pick him up for the same thing he was in the hospital for in the first place. They only care about money not the patient. Shut this place down!

My mother-in-law and our family had a horrible experience with this facility and the staff. She was there for rehab services and ended up having her family remove her for lack of care and very poor treatment. After being treated at ER she had developed blood clots in both legs while in their care. If we did not remove her from this facility, she would have died. This is not the only issue we had with this facility. If you love your loved ones, DO NOT PUT THEM IN THIS PLACE! They do not deserve any stars!
