Very Unprofessional and always short staffed
My grandmother has been at South Haven for the past week and I cannot say enough good things about this facility. Christi made the admission process so easy. And Lynn, Sherry, and Leslie have been attentive and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend South Haven!

I would like to start by saying I had both of my parents here one year apart. Most recently I had my mom here and even though she had dementia and a recent broken hip the care my mom received was great. I would like to give a big shout out first to Scott Sexton in admissions/administration he was a big help with both my parents and was very patient with me when I was overwhelmed with decisions to make. Clarise Miller in social services was outstanding, she went above and beyond to help me during my mom''s stay there and her discharge planning. From the nursing staff to the Physical therapy department they all provided excellent care with caring for my mom who at times was very difficult due to her dementia. The food is delicious even though it was kosher. The place is beautifully landscapped and the rooms are cleaned everyday and everyone is overall very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility.
