Certainly housekeeping/maintenance could use improvement , doors, door facings need cleaning or painting. The interiors are in need of serious updating. Pressure washing of outdoor areas needed on patios and walkways. The staff is very conscientious and communication with the famliy is good. The food is mediocre, I would not be interested in dining there. Too many pickled beets! And some of the food combinations seem odd. I would recommend this facility to others on the basis of care and cost, and have done so.

My loved one was pleased with the breakfast. They have tons of activites, such as; chair yoga exercises, chair volleyball, church hyms, and musicical guests. They have a daily schedule posted with activities, and the food options.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought the tour experience was fantastic but because of the level our loved one was at, Briar Glen was just not the place at the moment but it very well could be in the future.
The Business office was top notch. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We picked this community because of reviews, and it was recommended by a hospital.
