This place is so nasty it smell like a dumpster/ portapotty. The rooms are filthy it’s gnats everywhere a majority of their nursing staff sleeps at night/state really need to shut this place down!! I wouldn’t send mice to live there let along a loved one.
They need to shut this place down, and soon..so many vilations and state need to do a surprise visit, it''s very unsanitary and the conditions of these room are worse then a jail cell.
The ceiling in a residents room caved in and fell. The stna swept it behind the door. 💀
I absolutely love my residents and coworkers that care about and strive to accomplish the mission of our building. It is an absolute privilege to serve our population!

The state is over run with complaints about this place yet it has not been shut down yet.
